Lilllian Ruth Walters was born on December 17, 1925 in Lansing, the daughter of the late George and Katherine (Chernokovich) Kazanowsky. She passed away December 12, 2014 at the age of 88. Lillian was a lifelong resident of Lansing and Graduate of Eastern High school. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading, watching television and spending time with family and friends, especially Farrah and Dillon. Lillian is preceded in death by her husband Stanley; son Steven Walters; brother, Lloyd and sisters, Margaret, Anna and Olga. Surviving to cherish her memory are daughters; Donna Walters, Annette (George) Milekovich; brother, John Semishko; six Grandchildren, eight Great Grandchildren, and one Great Great Grandchild. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 3940 Peninsular Drive SE Suite 180 Grand Rapids, Michigan 49546. A private service will be held for immediate family.
