She is preceded in death by her parents Eddie Martenies and Ada Owens, her loving step-father Martin D Owens, and her brother Tom Martenies.
She is survived by her six sisters Beverly Lofton, Carrie Wyskowski (Wesley), Kathy Dewey (Jack), Linda Shultz (Bob), Robin Burris (Phillip), and Mary Mullins (Tony), her brother Tim Martenies, and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at MediLodge of Okemos and the doctors and nurses at the University of Michigan Health Sparrow-Lansing for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in her final days.
