Mark W. Rigg

Mark W. Rigg, age 64, died March 5, 2016; born May 25, 1951 in Lansing, MI to Harry and Kathleen Rigg. Mr. Rigg worked as a mechanic at University Olds and was very nice to his customers. His passion was cars and everything to do with them. Mr. Rigg had restored a 1979 Delta 88 and was in the process of restoring a 1975 Delta 88 Convertible. He was an avid Nascar and MSU fan. Preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Gayle Rigg. Surviving are his sister, Mary Rigg; brother, Paul Rigg; nieces, Sarah (Christian Ty) Luce and Heather Rigg; nephew, Michael (Anna) Rigg; several great-nieces and great-nephews; family friend, Dorothy Hoatson; and family cats Blackie and Tiger. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 12, 11:00 AM with a viewing 1 hour prior at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Avenue, Lansing, MI 48912. The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00-8:00 PM at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes. Interment will take place in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Lansing, MI.
