She was a retired legal secretary and a longtime member of Olivet Baptist Church. She loved being with her family and loved music.
Surviving her are her daughters, Pamela Hoxie and Janelle Johnson; her grandchildren, Angela Hoxie and Cameron Hall; her great grandchildren, Tamalaneh and Alaric; one goddaughter, Jan Buckman; and many nieces and nephews. Her parents, Blanche and Leon Preadmore; brothers, Donald and Kenneth Preadmore; sister, Geraldine Thayer; and her beloved husband, Cameron all preceded her in death.
Funeral Services for Mickey will be held Friday, April 21, 2023 at 12:00 PM. Visitation will precede the services from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 East Michigan Ave., Lansing, MI 48912. Interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
Donations may be made in Mickey's name to Harmony Hospice or Mother Teresa House.
