Never comfortable being tied down, Mike's spirit broke free from his earthly confinement on June 26. He will be remembered for his humor, feistiness and love of family and friends. Mike was preceded in death by his father, Harding H. Ferris. He is survived by his mother, Alice DeVore; son, Michael Robert Soule; daughter, Marlo Crutcher and a large extended family of brothers, sisters, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will gather for an informal time of remembrance (no ties, please!) at Tiffany Funeral Home on Saturday, June 29 - family at 10 a.m., with friends joining them from 10:30 to 12:30. A wake celebrating Mike's life will follow from 1 to 3 p.m. at Piazanno's Restaurant.
