Richard Warren Perry

Richard is preceded in death by his wife Arleen. He is survived by his children; Kristine (William) Newton, Steven (Alicia) Perry, and Kathryn (Rodney) Nemeth, grandchildren; Michelle, Joshua, Matthew, Ryan, Kimberly, Brooke and Steven; and six great-grandchildren. Richard and Arleen were married November 8, 1946 and spent 68 wonderful years together.

Richard was a WWII veteran who proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1942-1945 aboard the USS Salt Lake City, CA-25.

Richard enjoyed going to gun shows, flea markets and steam engine shows. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who enjoyed the outdoors. Richard was an avid hunter and fisherman who enjoyed the outdoors. Richard was a jack-of-all trades. If it was broke, he could fix it. He loved to tinker.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 27 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Friday, July 28 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 28, at 1:00 p.m. at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Ave. Lansing, Michigan 48912. Interment will be at Gunnisonville Cemetery, Lansing, Michigan.
