Shain was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his son, Shain, Jr.; daughters, Erica (Marc) Berner and Jaylen Shannon; several brothers and sisters; many nieces, nephews and cousins; and a grandchild on the way.
He was employed by Premier Thermal Solution for 23 years.
Shain was a great person to be around. His family and his many friends will miss his personality. Shain enjoyed MSU Basketball and drinking beer.
He was a family man and wanted the best for his children. He will be cherished forever.
Funeral service at Gorsline Runciman Lansing Chapel, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Tuesday, June 29 at 12 noon. Visitation before service at 11 a.m.
Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Lansing.
