I'm so sorry about Sherri. I’ve worked with her through the years at McLaren Greater Lansing. She was a wonderful person and caring nurse. She also oriented many new nurses through the years and helped them become better nurses. She’ll be missed deeply. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Take care Sue Vollmar

I remember her well. She was a wonderful nurse and knew her stuff! I enjoyed talking with her during shift change. Loved her smile and laugh. Rest In Peace!

I was always happy to see Sherri when she floated to our floor at work. There was little time for chatting but we always share a smile and a chuckle. Sherri took stellar care of her patients with a quiet demeanor and gentle hand. I miss her. Her strength and determination were amazing. God bless you Sherri, and your family.

I have always remembered Sherri as the little girl running around the yard and her pretty blond curly hair just bouncing around behind her. She was always quiet but could be very vocal when she chose, mostly in defense of others. She was taken much too soon and will be missed by many. RIP Sister, we love you!

It's always hard to lose someone you love. I have fond memories of my sister when I was a kid. Like taking me to the movies or the infamous softball hit she took like champ from our local pastor, who just wanted to be part of the neighborhood game. She did not back down from much of anything. My sister was tough, but she could be sweet on occaision. But thats my family. My sister has been there for me throughout my life, but now she is gone. I will hold her in my heart forever.

Sherri and I grew up together as sisters and best friends. She was the best sister I could have asked for. I will always remember her strength, courage and compassion. I admire that she lived her life the way she wanted to. She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. I love and miss her so much and will always have her in my heart. Rest in peace my sister.
