William Mueller

Mueller, William (Bill) Arthur went to be with his Lord on Sunday, August 12, 2012 surrounded by his loving family. Bill was born March 29, 1923 in DeWitt, Michigan to the late Arthur J. and Anna (Bonke) Mueller. He is preceded in death by his borthers Carl and Gerhart and sister Irene. He is survived by his beloved wife Betty of 56 years. Beloved father of Julia (Michael) Mueller-Hayes, Dianne (Dale) Bette, Timothy (Linda) Mueller, Philip (Maria) Mueller, Andrew Mueller and Benjamin Mueller. Proud and loving Grandfather of Luke, Jacob, Selena, Matthew, Joseph, Daniel, Brendon, Kristina, Lissa and Andrea. Bill was a Radio Engineer; graduate of National Ratio Institute. He worked for 31 years for the State of Michigan, Natural Resources and Michigan State Police. He also worked for 26 years for Lansing Community College in the Electrical Lab. An avid amateur radio operator and Glen Miller fan. He is known for his great faith and love of his family, country, and big band music. He will be much missed by all. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at St. Gerard?s church 4437 W. Willow, Lansing officiated by Fr. John Klein. Visitation will be from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. with a Vigil at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday at Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing.
