BROWN, Billy J. Age 71, of Largo, died May 17, 2010. He was born in Solo, MO and had been a resident of Largo for 32 years. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Survivors include his wife, Janet Brown; a son Joel W. Brown; daughter Beth Kappeler (Keith); his mother Wava Brown; brother Lyman Brown; aunt Glendora Martin; grandchildren, Sydney Brown, Cooper and Crosby Kappeler. Visitation hours are scheduled for Thursday, May 20th, from 4-7 pm at Moss Feaster Funeral Home, Serenity Gardens Chapel in Largo 562-2080. Graveside services will be private.
