One of my many memories was playing canasta w her and Timmy (my husband) and laughing at just how serious she was… hated to lose as bad as her son. But he thought it was hilarious.. I miss you mom you’re definitely the toughest lady I have ever known, you could run a restaurant, throw an event or just get the job done whatever it was and you knew how to keep everyone in line… God luvu hope yur playing cards w all the family that was called to heaven… Your in my thoughts n prayers.. luvumeanit 

Mom,I don't even know where to begin. You were the best mom we could have ever had. You taught us to be respectful, honest and hard working. You were the best example of all of those things. You were the life of many parties. You were always willing to lend a hand or a shoulder to cry on. We will miss you more than you'll ever know. Carolyn was a very special lady I will always remember how she loved life. She was a great mother and grandmother she will be missed by so many. RIP

Carolyn and I spent many mornings after daily Mass before she wasn't able to attend and then on Sundays when she was totally reliant on her walker and sat in the last pew. We always discussed our progress or regress of our spinal stenosis and how the epidural injections just weren't worth it. In spite of her almost constant pain, she always had a smile, hug and a kiss to greet me. We shared family stories, jokes and the state of the world we live in. Now, I know she is free of pain and knows exactly what is going on in this world we are living in today. I know she will remember us and continue to hold us in her thoughts in heaven. May she rest in peace and give glory to God on our behalf. I miss her already. Don Mahoney

Carolyn was a friend and one of our group of Bunco. She was always a lot of fun to be around. We will all miss her very much.
