I have great memories from Cuba and Philadelphia.  Cesita and I were pretty close growing up in Cuba. When we were teens in Philadelphia we went to the same school and hang out, listen to music, he was the best. You will always be in my heart. 

You touched countless lives in your lifetime, through your work, and even after your death, you live through your good deeds. May the Lord give you peace and happiness, now surrounded by the rest of the family. Thinking of you.

TODAY IS SEPT 21ST 2022 AND WE ( MY MOTHER ELLIE & I BONNIE) HAD A FOLLOW UP WITH DR CESAR ABREU. WE ARE DEVISTED TO HEAR OF HIS PASSING.  WE NEVER RECIEVD ANY TEXT , MAIL OR CALLS. DR ABREU IS A GEM, THE BEST UROLOGIST DOCTOR WE HAVE EXPERIENCED. THIS IS A HUGE LOSS TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND HIS PATIENTS. WE WILL MISS HIM DEARLY AND THANK HIM FOR ALL HIS SPECIAL SKILLS AND EDUCATION TO DIAGNOS AND HEAL THE PATIENTS. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. YOUAND YOUR FAMILY IS IN OUR DAILY PRAYERS.

I was one of his reps for many years.  I have since moved out of state.  I just heard of his passing yesterday.  I am so sorry and will miss him very much.  He was always one of my favorite doctors to call on.  He was so kind and had a  friendly smile.  He always took the time to talk to me.

I just found out of the passing of Cesar Abreu. I was a previous patient of his, I am very sad to hear this news. He was one of the sweetest doctors I've ever had. He was so patient and took his time to talk with me during appointments. He had a heart of gold, and will forever be missed. Rest in peace Dr. Abreu. 🙏

He was always available for his patient and guided me, when ever I needed help. Dr. Abreau was one of the kindest most professional/compassionate  physicians I have ever met.  I knew him on a professional and personal level as his patient.  Dr. Abreau spoke to each of his patients as if they were his only patient.  Never did he say “ talk to the nurse” , rather he took the time to  speak to patients.  
Dr. Abreau will be greatly missed forever..

Cesar was a great and caring doctor and an even better man. He was always willing to go out of his way to help, particularly when it meant alleviating a patient’s concern and worry. My heart is broken to know he is gone but I know he is happy and content in heaven. I pray that the our Lord, Jesus Christ brings the family peace and comfort at this time.

I have been a nurse at Mease Dunedin since 1999.  Dr. Abreu was one of the doctors that made a great impression on me for being such a gentle man. He was always kind to his patients and to the nurses.  I asked him to be a speaker for our first NICHE conference in Clearwater and he did not hesitate to say yes despite his very busy schedule.  He said it was his pleasure to do what he can for the community.
Through the years, I continued to witness Dr. Abreu's greatness.  One day, another nurse and I were struggling with another pt's device in a semi-pvt room.  Dr. Abreu happened to come in to see his pt who was on the next bed.  When he was done speaking to his patient, he asked if he could help us and we didn't hesitate to have him take over.  He helped that patient beyond what we could have done.  
Dr. Abreu would get calls and would come in late at night for his patients; he never had an attitude.  He was always very pleasant and efficient.  He was never hurried.  
He will always be one of my favorite doctors.  RIP Dr. Abreu; you have served this earth very well. God bless you.  Sending my sincerest condolences to Dr. Abreu's family.  He will be greatly missed.

Dr.Cesar Abreu was my urologist at just the age of 39 years old! 
I had a bad accident happen to me from another doctor who broke a wire off in my tailbone that caused me to self catheterized !
 Dr.Abreu was very understanding. He took his time with me no matter how many times I asked the same question he always answered the same questions I've asked year after year & never rushed my visits. He was the best doctor I’ve ever had!! Very caring & truly gonna be missed greatly. Im happy I got to have a great doctor like Dr.Abreu he can NEVER EVER be replaced heartbroken that’s for sure. I send my condolences to his entire family,staff and co- workers. 
Thank you Dr.Abreu for being the best doctor ever when I've given up hope durning the worse times in my life and one of the  darkest places I have ever been in! 
you always wanted me to  see the better side of things even when I didn't think they existed but your great doctor skills & patience even with my same question year after year even if your answer never changed you took the time out anyway!!  never got aggravated was always calm, & never in a rush durning appointments has changed my life!!

I am a nurse that worked with Dr. Abreu.  He was one of the most kindhearted and caring doctors I ever had the pleasure of working with. He always took his time with his patients and never left the floor without stopping to talk to the nurses as well. He had such a fun and kind demeanor and was always cracking jokes. I was so sad to hear of his passing. Condolences to his family. He will be missed.

I am a nurse who has had the pleasure of working with Dr Abreu for the past 7 years. He was always kind to his patients and the nurses caring for them. I was taking care of a patient who was Spanish speaking and Dr Abreu was on the unit rounding. He was kind enough to help translate for me. He and my patient started to talk in Spanish to one another and before you know it they were shaking hands and looked like they were old friends. Dr Abreu will always be known for his easy-going manner and great smile. My sympathies to his wife. Sharon
