Charles Harold Wireman (Worm) went to be with the Lord on February 26th, 2022. He was a loving husband, Dad, Papa and friend and will be missed by many. Harold was born January 26, 1941 in Ashland, Kentucky to Charles E. Wireman and Ruby Hunley Wireman. He is survived by his wife, Mary F. (Nancarrow) Wireman of 61 years and two daughters, Kathy Ragland (Keith) and Michele Friedman (Peter). He was also a loving Papa to granddaughters, Charley Ragland and Kylie Friedman and grandson Brady Friedman.
Harold graduated from Ironton High School in 1959 where he still holds a track record. He continued running track while attending The Citadel College in Charleston, SC. He retired from Dow Chemical, where he worked as a Plant Maintenance Supervisor. His joys in life were family, fishing, eating breakfast with friends, watching Ironton Fighting Tigers and Ohio State Buckeyes and serving the Lord. He once said that if he can make someone smile each day, that his work is done. He made many smiles.
