

She was born on August 27, 1929, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Adolph and Eleanor Miller. A graduate of Washington High School in Milwaukee.
Eunice was a pioneer, she was one of only two women working as a stockbroker in Milwaukee during the 1960s. Eunice owned and operated The Camelot Motel in Clearwater Beach for 38 years and La Fiesta Motel in Clearwater Beach for 15 years. She also held a Florida real estate license and was active in the local business community for decades.
Eunice was a member of Friendship Force, a cultural exchange group, and traveled extensively. One of her most notable trips was to Cape Town, South Africa. She was also involved with the Multiple Sclerosis Society locally.
She is survived by her children: Neal Hubbard (previously married to the late Denise), Todd Hubbard (Lynn), Deborah Hubbard, Gale Hubbard—who was also her devoted caretaker alongside Hospice Empath home care —and Jim Hubbard (previously married to the late Carol); her grandchildren: Robert, Chad, Joseph, Amanda, James, Chase, Elizabeth, Ben, and Sara; and ten great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers: Ralph, Melvin, and Wayne Miller.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., followed by a service at 11:00 a.m. Graveside service to follow.
