Frances "Tancy" Holmes age 76 of Largo passed away November 10, 2011 at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater. She was born in Clearwater and graduated from Largo High School. She was a member of Anona United Methodist Church, and was an avid Tampa Rays Baseball and Tampa Bay Buccaneers Football Fan. She is survived by a son Douglas Holmes (Carrie), daughter Deanne Woolman (GW), brother Boogie Stevenson (Dottie), sisters; Sandy Lutz and Bonnie Davenport, nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by husband Bill, sons; Robbie and John, and sister Mary Anne Armstrong. A memorial service is planned for Monday November 14th 2011 at 2 pm at Moss Feaster Funeral Home Serenity Gardens Chapel in Largo FL. Inurnment will take place at a later date in Serenity Gardens Memorial Park in Largo.
