Gwendoline L Howell age 93, of Largo Florida passed away February 18, 2015 at Mid Pinellas Care Center in Pinellas Park. She was born in England in 1921. She came to the United States 1927 and became a proud American. One of eight children, Mrs. Howell was a natural care taker who loved her family. Gwen loved photography, making beautiful eggs and knitting. She is predeceased by her parents, Lily and Charles Lovell, her brothers Frank, Len (Bernie), Reg, and Geoff Lovell, her husband Ken Howell and her infant son Edward Howell. She is survived by her sisters Doris (Ted) Dunn, Joyce (Chuck) Fosdick and Grace (Dennis) Gilbert. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law Edna Lovell, Betty Lovell and Carol Lovell as well as countless nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Suncoast Hospice at 6770 102nd Avenue North Pinellas Park, FL 33782. A Memorial Service is planned for Saturday February 28, 2015 at 12:30 pm at Serenity Funeral Home 13401 Indian Rocks Road in Largo. Inurnment will take place in Serenity Gardens Memorial Park following the service.
