SCOTT, James M., 88, of Largo, FL, died December 11, 2011. Jim was born in Gaston, Indiana and moved to Largo in 1984 from Brownsburg, IN. He graduated in 1947 from Indiana University with a bachelor degree in accounting. Before retirement, Jim was a cost analyst with Detroit Diesel Allison in Speedway, Indiana. He served in the US army from 1944-1945; was a lifetime member of the University of Indiana Alumni Association; Masonic Lodge, Markleville, IN; an avid reader; traveler and member of Anona United Methodist Church Largo. Jim is survived by his wife, Norma "Jean" of 57 years; daughter, Dr. Linda Morse, Seminole, FL and grandchildren, James, Stephen and Mary.
