59, of Seminole, FL passed away Monday, Oct 17, 2011. Ken was born on Oct 27, 1951 in Biloxi, Mississippi and moved to this area in 1976 coming from Chicago, IL. He was employed by M. J. Kelly Co. as Branch Manager. Ken was a member of FAIA, PAIA, AAMGA & FSLSO along with the Tampa Club. Ken is survived by his loving wife of 32 years Cynthia O’Neill of Seminole,FL two sons Kenneth R (Elaine) O’Neill, II of Largo, FL and LCpl Ryan P O’Neill, Marine Corps, Active Duty Afganistan, one grandson Kenneth R O’Neill, III (Tre), a brother, Myles O’Neill and two sisters Patricia Cross and Kathy Giller and a sister in law Pamela Sindler and family. Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, Oct 27, 2011 at 6 PM with visitation beginning at 5 PM at the Moss Feaster Funeral Home, Largo, FL. 727-562-2080.
