
Passed peacefully to eternal life on May 2, 2019. Born in Cleveland, Ohio June 28, 1936 to Irvin M. and Ruth C. Frazier; predeceased by her parents, and brother, Kenneth I. Frazier; survived by her brother, William H. (Suzy) Frazier, Mequon, Wisconsin; nieces and nephew, Sara Frazier, Wendy (Brad) Leinberger and Scott W. Frazier, grand-nephews and grand-niece, Will, Ryan, Noah, Alex and Tessa, and dear friend, Joseph Roger Deery.
Marilyn received her Bachelor of Arts Degree at Illinois Wesleyan University in English, Speech and Drama and Master’s Degree at the University of Georgia. A longtime resident of Largo, Florida, Marilyn was loved by all whose lives she touched. Following her early career in theatre, she taught English, Speech and Drama, initially in Bay Village, Ohio and for many years at Seminole High School, Seminole, Florida. Her loving and caring nature impacted the lives of her family, students and all who knew her.
Marilyn was an active member of Church of the Isles. Her faith, love of family and friends, unselfish commitment to helping others, and her love and involvement in theatre and music have left this a better place.
A memorial service, celebrating Marilyn’s life, will be held at Church of the Isles, UCC, 200 24th Ave North, Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, May 25, 2019 at 2:00 pm.
