Hooper, Milton Paul, 80 of Largo, Florida passed away on Monday, October 24, 2011. Milton was born on August 31, 1931 in Moosic, PA and moved to this area in 1998 coming from Glenolden, PA. Milton was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church of Largo where he served as an usher. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the US Marine Corps and received the Purple Heart. Milton was a Past President of the South & North Recreation Clubs of Palm Hill and a usher at the Largo Cultural Center. He is survived by his loving wife of 8 yrs Carolyn Hooper of Largo, FL, two daughters Marsha (Harry) Habbel of Phoenixville, PA and Melissa Hooper of Folcroft, PA along with two step daughters Donna (Ted) Swartz and Brenda (Tom) Sagitas both of Kearny, NJ a step son Arnold (Doreen) Elliott of Long Valley, NJ and eight grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be offered to Suncoast Hospice or St Paul United Methodist Church of Largo, FL. Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, October 30, 2011 at 1:30 pm at Palm Hill North Recreation Hall, Largo, FL.
