She was born on July 25th, 1929, in Cebu, Philippines to Urbana Manlosa and Regino Paradero. Lily attended the College of San Jose in Cebu.
She married Albert J. Koch on August 13th, 1976. Lily worked as a seamstress in her dress shop for many years. She was a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church and had a passion for gardening that made her front yard the envy of the neighborhood.
She is survived by her daughter, Cecilia Goforth, and her grandson, Harrison Goforth.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 19th, at Serenity Funeral Home & Serenity Gardens Memorial Park, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, Florida 33774.
