I just wanted to send all my love and support to Ralph's family. I am deeply saddened to hear of the news. I will miss him dearly and will always have the great memories of him in my heart from when I was a child in Hawaii. He was a great man and his family always lives in my thoughts. My heart and prayers go out to your family.  I was so sorry to hear of Ralph's passing.  I worked with Ralph at Bay Pines before I retired a few years ago. He was one of the kindest, caring, and most conscientious people I have ever met.  He always had a twinkle in his eye when he spoke of his beautiful family whom he loved so dearly. May God comfort your family and give you peace.

I want you to know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and all the family. I am so sorry to have missed the service. I did not know when it was. i am i tampa and get the Tampa paper so it was not in that paper. He was a very special person and will be miss by many. God Bless the whole family.

Dear Maria and Ovalle family--
The Rotary Club of Indian Rocks Beach and I want to convey or deepest sympathies on Ralph's passing. I had only known Ralph for a few years, but I considered him a friend. It was apparent from the first day that he was a kind, gentle and caring soul--never without a kind word and a smile. Through Ralph, I came to know his Rotary club mates who are a close knit group of caring folks as well--a perfect fit with Ralph.
I will miss the times that I would run into Ralph, Maria and the family at Mike's Pizza. He always enjoyed his time with the family.
May the peace and contentment of Ralph's spirit remain with all of us as we move down life's path.

Ralph was one of the kindest, most hardworking individuals I've had the pleasure to work with at the VA Bay Pines.  His total love of the Lord, Family, and Country cannot be overstated.  I'm grateful for having had the opportunity to work with Ralph and get to know him over the years. Sharing with me the photos of your vacations and family were very special to me.  You made a lifetime of blessed Milestones, all of them successful!!!

The most that I know about Mr. Ovalle is what I know about his daughter, Lizette. She is incredibly generous with every part of her life and her heart - I am certain that her father had quite an impact on the formation of such a precious personality.  Lizette, I am so sorry for your loss and your father was loved so very well by all of your family while he was here on earth.  Lots of love, hugs and prayers to all of you.

This past Friday GOD called home our friend Ralph.  Our most sincere condolences to Maria and family.
For several years, I have known this kind and gentle man as friend, fellow Rotarian, and my good golf buddy.
Gloria and I will always cherish the memories of our last cruise together. It was special. Ralph was special. Rest in peace till we meet again.

As a fellow project planner, Ralph was one of the first people I worked with at the VA. He was always willing to help and had such a warm and kind spirit. I will always remember the talks we had about family and his awesome vacations. He will be missed but is in a better place. May he rest in peace.... I will keep the family in prayer.

And the flower fade away, but the seed remains in our spirit and soul forever and ever!

Ralph was blessed with a remarkable positive energy and spirit of kindness. Everyone who had the opportunity to become acquainted with Ralph was a better person for it. I felt privileged to be his friend.

I considered Ralph a close friend.  He and I often shared our fond Air Force memories together.  Everyone that met Ralph had nothing but GOOD to say about him.  He was one of the most honest men with the highest degree of integrity that I have known.  As it is stated in the Air Force Hymn - "Off we go into the wild blue yonder, climbing high into the sun".  Ralph my good friend I will see you later.

Ralph was a kind, gentle, intelligent man who always took the time to assist his colleagues whenever called upon for his support. His love for family and friends was so evident during our quiet chats. His passion for work was equaled only by his visionary approach to the profession. We have lost a great person. Sweet dreams my friend...

Ralph always had a smile for everyone and a positive attitude.  I am so glad I got to know him.  We had great talks about his grandchildren -- he was a proud Grandfather.

I am so thankful I had the opportunity to know and work with Ralph.  He was always so genuinely pleasant, kind, and compassionate.  And that twinkle in his eye! We will miss him dearly as both a colleague and friend.  Maria and family - my thoughts and prayers are with you.  God Bless.

I hope that Ralph is cruising to his heart's content now and forever.  Watching him glow when he talked about his family and his vacation plans, listening to his stories and his jokes, working with him before he started at the VA, and keeping in touch as he moved on to other projects since he joined, you couldnt help but be touched by his joy in life, his family, his friends, and his positive outlook on everything.  Such a sweet man with a warm heart, a tolerance for anything that crossed his path, and a love of life that we should all follow.

Ralph was such a kind man. I'm so glad I had the chance to be his friend when he worked at the VA.  What a blessing he is.

Ralph was one of the first people I met at the VA. Ralph's kindness, sincerity, and sense of humor, made every call and meeting a delight.  His passing is such a loss to his coworkers, friends and family. Rest in peace Ralph and know you will be missed.

It s not everyday that we have the pleasure of meeting and knowing genuine and kind hearted people such as Ralph. We loved him but God loved him more. Rest in peace!

I also had the pleasure of working with Ralph at the VA.  He was one of those people who always had a twinkle in his eye and a smile on his face.  He was easygoing and a pleasure to be around.  "Ms. Vila" misses him.

I had the pleasure of working with Ralph at the VA. He was a wonderful, caring person and sincerely cared about those he he worked. Our prayers are with Maria and the family as they go thru these difficult times. I am sure Ralph is in a much better place and God has him under his care.
