Richard was born on October 21, 1964, in Newark, New Jersey, to Diane Flynn and Richard Earley. He grew up in a loving family and graduated from Immaculate Conception High School. Richard went on to pursue his passion for business, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of South Florida.
On June 24, 2000, Richard married the love of his life, Janice Maffucci. Together, they shared countless precious moments and built a life filled with love and laughter. Richard was a dedicated entrepreneur, serving as the owner of Data Print Technologies, Inc., where his leadership and vision contributed to the success of the business.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Richard was deeply committed to his community, particularly in his role as a steward for youth baseball. He found joy in nurturing young athletes and instilling in them the values of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
Richard had a zest for life and a myriad of interests. He was an avid fisherman and boater, finding solace and excitement on the open water. Richard also had a profound love for baseball, both as a player and a fan. However, above all else, Richard cherished his time spent with family and friends. His warmth, generosity, and infectious laughter brought light into the lives of all who knew him.
Richard is survived by his loving children, Richard Connor Earley and Gianna Hope Earley, his adored grandchild, Kya Rae, his devoted sister, Stacy Theobald, his loving mother Diane Earley, and a host of relatives and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
In honoring Richard Earley's life, let us celebrate the profound impact he made on our lives and the legacy of love and kindness he leaves behind. May his spirit continue to inspire us to live with passion, generosity, and a deep appreciation for the bonds of family and friendship.
