Richard moved to this area in 2001 coming from Ft. Wayne, IN. He was an Electronic & Aerospace Engineer. Richard belonged to the Tampa Bay Austin Healey Club. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 yrs Barbara Livingstone of Seminole, FL, a daughter Eve (Brian) Gorman of Wesley Chapel, FL, granddaughter Anna Gorman and a brother Roy Edward (Doris) Livingstone of Dunedin, FL.
