Tobey, Richard Wilfred 67 of Seminole, FL passed away on Sat, 4/2/11 at the Hospice House Woodside in Pinellas Park, FL. Richard was born Feb 19, 1944 in Gary, IN and moved to this area in the 1960's coming from Indiana. He was a Barber and a Butcher and had worked for Kash & Carry, Winn Dixie and Publix. He served in the US Navy. Richard is survived by a son Mark (Sharon) Tobey of St. Petersburg and a daughter Natalie Tobey of Largo, FL, two grandchildren Jonothon Severino and Alexia Tobey both of Tampa, FL.
