Vincenza “Chancy” Tedesco passed away on Tuesday, March 28 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Utica New York daughter of the late Leonard and Frances Ditano. She was predeceased by her husband of 43 years Vincent and her son Vincent Jr.
She is survived by her son Joseph (Christina); daughter, Antoinette; grandchildren, Debra, Kiera, Jon, and Erica; great-grandchildren, Shelby, Alexander, Charlet; one great great grandchild Lilliana Nicole; and beloved nieces and nephews, Frances, Pamela, Frank (Penny) and David (Michelle).
As a young girl, she sang at the Teatro Colón Opera House in Buenos Aires. She loved traveling and cooking enjoying many trips around the world collecting recipes and friends along the way.
Chancy was a member of the Legion of Mary at St. Patrick’s Church in Largo for many years. Truly a beautiful life well lived.
A funeral service for Vincenza will be held Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 2pm, St. Patrick Catholic Church, 1507 Trotter Road, Largo, FL 33770. In leu of flowers, please consider donating to World Central Kitchen (WCK.org).
