

Ceasare, Violet D 95 of St. Petersburg, FL passed away peacefully on Fri, July 8, 2011 at Bon Secours Maria Manor in St. Petersburg, FL. She was born on January 25, 1916 in Manchester, CT and moved to this area in 1951 coming from CT. Violet was a waitress and was left a $10,000 tip from a gentleman after his death for the wonderful service she had given him for many years at a restaurant he always patronized. She also enjoyed gambling at the dog track two or three times a week when she was able. Violet was preceded in death by her husband Eugene J. Ceasare and is survived by a loving son Paul (Donna) Ceasare of St. Petersburg, FL and grandson Robert Colomina along with a niece Kathy (Paxton T.) Mendelssohn and their son Paxton B. Mendelssohn. also survived by her nephews and niece; James (Trudy) Paight, George Paight and Sharon Paight and thier loving families. She was predeceased by two sisters Ruth and Eunice. Private family services. The family would like to thank all of the care givers at Bon Secours Maria Manor for the wonderful care and love they provided Violet.
