Allan was born June 11, 1956 in Cebu City, Philippines to his parents, JovenTantano and Benita Pantorilla. He spent most of his adult life in Hawaii, moving to Las Vegas in 2013. He worked for the state of Hawaii in the Parks and Recreation department for over 20 years doing park maintenance. In his spare time, he enjoyed going fishing and tinkering in his home workshop. He was a beloved son, brother, husband, and father.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Benita P. Tantano, and father, Joven C. Tantano.
He is survived by his wife, Maternidad O. Tantano; child, Ryan O. Tantano; siblings, Helen P Fernandez, Jean T. Arntz, Marissa T. Heu, and Lani Labrecque.
