Dr. Bernardo Bartolome Hermosura, age 89, of Henderson, Nevada passed away on Sunday, March 23, 2025.
Bernardo is survived by his wife, Erlinda, children Belinda Hermosura, Caroline (Robert) Miller, Brian Hermosura (Elizabeth Rogus) and six grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Lucretia Surface.
Bernardo was born in Ilocos Norte, Philippines and was one of nine children. He earned his M.D. from the University of the Philippines in 1961. He practiced as a general surgeon in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Upon retirement, he and his wife moved to Henderson, Nevada and enjoyed spending time traveling extensively around the world.
A private service will be planned for family in New York where he will be laid to rest near other family members.
