

Bryan was born on September 24, 1962 to Larry and Elizabeth (Betty) Forbach. Bryan attended St. Francis Catholic Elementary School as well as Western High School (class of 1980). Bryan attended UNLV and was a member of the UNLV Soccer team from 1980-83 season. He often spoke about that team and the accomplishments they made.
Bryan joined the Navy and proudly served our country for ten years. Bryan received many recognitions and awards. Bryan lived and breathed the Navy until his death.
Bryan was an avid European Futbol (soccer) fan. His favorite team was Liverpool and he never missed watching them play. Bryan enjoyed reconnecting with the UNLV Soccer Foundation over the last ten years. There he rekindled many old friendships. Bryan loved music and enjoyed playing the guitar.
Bryan reconnected with Lisa LeVeque in 2014. Bryan and Lisa first met in the mid 1980’s. Bryan joined the Navy and with that said life moved on for both of them. Bryan and Lisa were blessed to have had the last ten years together. He was her soul mate and her forever “crush”. He always made her smile. Bryan was kind to Lisa’s five children and treated her grandchildren as if they were his own.
Bryan is survived by his daughter Brooke Forbach, grand-daughter Kealie Smart and grand-son Evan Shafter. A special thanks is extended to John Kennedy for his love and support during this difficult time.
Bryan’s quick wit will be missed by those he touched.
Services will be private and conducted by the Navy with a burial at sea per Bryan’s request.
