Clint Daniels was born May 1, 1945, in Hobbs, New Mexico, to Columbus Phillip and Ethel Coldwell Daniels. He was the second child of two children. He was preceded in death by his parents, Columbus Phillip and Ethel Daniels and one brother Robert Johnson. Clint married Carol Mason Daniels on August 26, 1965 in Las Vegas, Nevada. To this union was born one son, Roland Daniels.
Clint graduated from Las Vegas High School in 1963. Clint worked as an apprentice cook for the Sahara Hotel and worked for the Standard Oil Company while attending school. After graduation, Clint became an Electrician, he worked through the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 357 for 35 years; he retired in 2009. He enjoyed working in his yard, cooking and watching basketball and football with his son.
Clint departed this life on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at 6:00pm at the Infinity Hospice Care.
Clint leaves to cherish his precious memory his son, Roland Daniels of Las Vegas, Nevada; granddaughter, Asheli Alexandria Daniels of Denver, Colorado; great-granddaughter Bailey Rae Wright of Denver, Colorado; nephew, Rueben Jonson of Phoenix, Arizona; stepson, El’Jae Jones of Las Vegas, Nevada; childhood friend, Kenny McGhee of Las Vegas, Nevada; and a host of relatives and dear friends.
His sacrifices and legacy will continue to live on.
