Cornelia McIlvaine Velasco, 91, a retired chef, of Las Vegas, died Jan. 19, 2013. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m., Friday, Jan. 25. Services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 26, both at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial at Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
