

Donald Anton Hill, was born to Willie C. and Shirley J. (née Rockwell) Hill on Dec. 8, 1960, in Chicago, IL. As a little one, when his parents gave gifts, Shirley signed the card as being from her, Bill, and “the baby.” One of his cousins pronounced baby as “Bobby,” and a nickname was born.
When he was very young, the family moved to Los Angeles. Growing up, he went to private schools: Holy Nativity, and Harvard Westlake High School. During his senior year, Bobby became a Congressional page and went to Washington D.C. He graduated at the end of that year, receiving diplomas from both the Library of Congress and Harvard Westlake.
From the halls of Congress to the halls of USC, Bobby took a computer programming course at the Urban League that launched his IT career. Over the years, he became the “go to” guy for many individuals as well as companies, that he worked for. In 2018, he relocated to Las Vegas where he became a private consultant for various companies.
With his sudden passing on Thanksgiving Day, he leaves to mourn, his brother Courtney Hill (Marge); his daughter Dr. Andrea Hall (Howard Jr); grandchildren Howard III, Harold, and Hayden; a special lady friend Ms. Shelia Spencer; his cats, Romy and Remy; and a host of relatives and friends.
