David Jin

David, 51, passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2013, surrounded by his loving family, at the UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica, California. David was born to Guanghong Jin and Miaoying Qu in Shanghai, China on March 21st 1962.

David is survived by wife Yvonne, daughter Catherine, son Michael, father Guanghong, sisters Hui and Jie. David’s mother, Miaoying Qu precedes him in death.

We remember David as the devoted family man and kind, generous person he strived to be. David befriended every person he met, and he treated all people equally and with gentle grace. David truly demonstrated himself as a visionary, committed to the accomplishment of his splendid and remarkable dreams. Known as a successful and respected business person in China and the USA, David’s greatest accomplishment was the creation of the world renowned Grand Canyon Skywalk, which hovers over one of the natural wonders of the world. Like the soaring Eagle that defines the majesty of the mountains embracing the Canyon, David’s legacy will live forever.
