Debra Alene Riser

Beloved wife, loving mother and grandmother went to be with her Lord on April 1, 2025. She was 73 years old. Born June 12, 1951 in Lansing, Michigan. She ran a licensed daycare for 15 years in Michigan. When she moved to Tucson, Arizona, she became a state licensed EMT for the Tucson School System. Later on she worked for Rural Metro Ambulance Service as an EMT. Proceeding her in death is her father Charles King, her mother Shirley A. Hunnicutt (James Hunnicutt), brother Danny King, sister Leatha Spagnuolo (Ernest Spagnuolo), grandparents Chet and Aliene Lott, Uncle Dick Lott, Art Lott, and great grandmother Aliene De Frates. Surviving her are her husband Robert Riser, sons Christopher Riser (Brittany Riser) and Kevin Riser, granddaughters Ava and Isla Riser, nephews Adam and Matt King, Aunt Sharon Yonkers (Jim Yonkers), cousin Trudy Bartlett (Phil Bartlett). Visitation will be at 1:00PM on April 15, 2025 at Palm Eastern Mortuary at 7600 S. Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV. She will be internment at Palm Eastern Mortuary after the visitation. She was an adventurous person as she showed by her going skydiving and her racing her Z-28 Camaro. She also loved her V.W. bug. She enjoyed listening to her music and watching movies. She loved watching shows about ancient Egypt and movies like Star Wars and Lord of the Rings. She loved her Bengal cats, Cleo and Petra. She enjoyed her family coming over especially her granddaughter's Ava and Isla. She was a kind and gentle person who loved her family and she will always be loved. She will be greatly missed. Rest in peace.

A visitation for Debra will be held Tuesday, April 15, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Palm Mortuary - Eastern, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, April 15, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123. A committal service will occur Tuesday, April 15, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Palm Eastern Mortuary & Cemetery, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123.
