Devin was and will always be so special to all of us. He touched so many lives and will forever be missed. Devin made friends for life. If you needed him, he would always be there. Devin could always cheer you up with his goofy, fun-loving, pure soul.
Devin was a wonderful, amazing son, daddy, stepson, grandson, brother, stepbrother, cousin, nephew, friend and brotha (as so many friends turned into “brothas”. . . as he would say) and he was so many other things I cannot even list. He had a beautiful smile and a laugh that was contagious that he has passed onto his beautiful daughter.
Devin was in Lake Havasu for Thanksgiving weekend with his baby girl, Kali, and family members. He was doing what he loved to do and having the time of his life.
With my heavy heart and deepest soul, I am so heartbroken to say, Dev was out riding the UTV and had a tragic accident and was called home. My family then had to find a way to tell me, Dev’s Mom. As so many of you know, Devin was my whole world, my best friend, my baby boy. They had to also tell his Dad that his 1st born son, his best friend, who we all adored, was gone forever!
We feel thankful that our family was there with him at that time, to make sure he was never alone.
November 30, 2019 will be a day my family and friends had to not only lose our special boy, our precious Kali lost her Daddy, that she loves ever so much, so much more than any words could say.
Pete and I could not be more grateful for Dean and Chrissie . . . as much as they are hurting, they’ve had to become our rock, as well as our family and all of you.
Devin was our Paul Walker . . . a “do it now and think later,” a “ride or die” kind of guy. If you knew Devin, you knew he was FEARLESS and felt invincible.
We are all slightly getting through the most horrible time in our lives one second at a time!!!
Devin is feeling all of our love and all of your love, as well. Please keep Devin’s spirit, our baby boy, our angel, alive for his daughter.
