Jim had retired from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitor Authority where he worked for 17 years. He loved to hunt, fish and spend time with his family.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers, Ralph, Robert and Jerry Skinner. Jim leaves behind his wife of 56 years, Jalene Skinner, daughter Dee Ann Spilsbury, son Tracy Skinner, 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and his dog Rocky.
Jim will be greatly missed by all those who knew and love him.
A memorial service for James will be held Friday, March 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Palm Eastern Mortuary, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123.
