Jamielee Conrado (Allen) of Las Vegas, Nevada joined her heavenly father in eternal life on June 10, 2014. Born May 25, 1982 in Denver, Colorado, Jami spent her early years there and later in Bullhead City, AZ being a protective and caring big sis to her younger sibling Jenna and loving daughter to Joannie and Larry Allen. Growing up, Jami was both adorably sweet and endearingly rebellious, and very athletic, playing softball and soccer. Shortly after moving to Las Vegas, she met the love of her life and soul mate Jon Conrado when they were just 15 and 14 respectively. With a once-in-a-lifetime love, they welcomed Larissa a year later (and a touch early). They joined themselves in marriage before God and their family on June 30, 2001 and to the end of her days, was deeply in love with him. As the wife of a pastor, she was the backbone of his ministry work and volunteered countless hours to serve a greater purpose and the larger community of faith. She always put God first in her life and relationships and she encouraged others in their own journey of faith. She was both a mother and best friend to her daughter Larissa, confiding in each other and sharing secrets only they would ever know. Jon and Jami wanted to share their blessings with another child, and after a long wait, they welcomed their son Ezra who completed their family. She adored Ezra, loving him more than life itself. She was also the world’s greatest aunt to Olivia, Aria, Anavie and Noah, spoiling and cherishing them as her own. Very organized and meticulous by nature, she worked hard to create a beautiful home for her family. She loved putting her best foot forward and wanted to face each day feeling beautiful and strong. She took pride in her appearance, and found her creative expression in her hair and nails, jewelry and online presence (selfie!) Wanting everyone around her to be happy, Jami was thoughtful, caring and giving. Always a ready ear, she was a genuinely great listener, letting others share their joys and sorrows. She touched the hearts of those who knew her, never judging others and giving without reservation or expectation. She looked past our faults and saw only the best qualities in everyone. She remembered her loved ones not only on each and every holiday but sometimes just because… because you meant a lot to her and she wanted you to know it. Though she experienced great physical and emotional pain in her later years, she carried that burden silently and always kept a ready smile for friends and strangers alike. She rose above the trials and obstacles in her path with her strong faith and the love of her family. Jami was called far too early to the Lord, but her family takes solace in knowing that her pain and suffering has ended and she now rests in the arms of her savior Jesus Christ. Jamielee will continue to watch over her loving husband Jon Michael Conrado, 31 and their two children Larissa Lynn Conrado, 15 and Ezra Micah Conrado, 2, her mother and father Joannie and Larry Allen and her sister Jenna Hall (Allen) and her extended family of brother and sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews, uncles, aunts, grandparents, cousins and her loving church family.
