Janice Lynn Wills or Mom is what we called her was born on August 22nd 1956. She is the 2nd eldest of 5 children and the only girl. Mom had an amazing spirit she was always making us laugh. Her natural reactions to things used to crack us up all the time. Mom always liked to have fun, but I think that was just our Wills family way. She loved football mostly. “Go Steelers” she would say. Growing up around all boys there was no wonder why she was so knowledgeable about the game.
Mom had a really beautiful heart she loved and took care of everyone around us. You could always count on her to give you really good advice or even if you just needed someone to listen to you she was there. Our time spent as a family was always memorable and full of love and happiness.
She will be missed by her kids, Sher'Ree Ray (Ricky Ray) and Darion James Wills, and her Nephew De'Sean Wills whom she also raised. Her grandchildren Bryanna Price (Davawn Price) and Neemah Ray, her great-grandchild Samiah Price, and her 2 living brothers Joe Wills and Charles Wills, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that became family.
The Lord chose to bring her home on May 3rd 2018. We know that she is with her father James Wills and mother Bettye Wills and her 2 brothers Paul Wills and Morgan Wills having a great time. Our family is rejoicing in knowing that our mom heard those words that we should all long to hear from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ "Well done my good and faithful servant" God's timing isn't ours. She accomplished what she was sent to do for the lord. Her job was done here on earth. Now she's flying high in the heavens where she can continue to do as she has always done and that's take care of us. We love you mom.
