I celebrate your life today and everyday my dearly beloved Brother Jun, as you are just one breath away from us all.  How gracious and loving is our Lord for giving me, personally, a younger brother, you, when my younger male siblings were remotely away from me. That was many decades ago when you embraced me into your family back in Annapolis. How can I possibly forget those poignant moments of walking together in the malls, playing and winning stuffed toys at the King's Dominion, and so many other fun filled activities we all shared together. There was never a dull moment in those younger years of ours as I recall each one of them, for you have that strong sense of humor like no other. Oh we laughed our hearts out until we cried tears of joy! But the other side of you that cannot escape me was your faithfulness and tenacity, specifically, with your relationships first to God then to others, especially, to our beautiful and blessed Nanay...your patience was unquestionable to the point that you just have to let go and let God...I highly esteem and respect you my dear Brother you know that, but most importantly, my unending love for you as a brother, gifted to me by God is yours constantly...you're in my heart eternally and I am forever grateful to God for you, as I am forever grateful to you for your care and love for me as an elder sister.  Your memory lives my dearest Brother!

Love you Uncle Junior! I'm Valerie Julian and I am a testament of Uncle Junior's love.  Uncle was my dad's best man and more than that, he was Nanay's best friend, a best brother to his siblings and of course a best uncle to his nieces and nephews. There are countless victories and memories I cherish so deeply of Uncle Junior - he led with a servant heart. I too as all of us here am inspired by him in more ways than one. Of course there was his timeless fashion sense. From his classic white button up shirts to his leather gator boots, always looking so sharp. Clearly, fashion and shopping is in our DNA if you see both his and my closet. :) You could always count on Uncle to welcome you with that big smile on his face making you feel so special, like a superstar, every single time. He lived a life like Jesus, one of selflessness, peace and most of all love. Uncle, I want you to know that I strive everyday to be more like you. A pure embodiment of love. There's a saying that people may forget what you said, may forget what you did, but will never forget the way you made them feel. He moved quietly like Jesus but brought so much healing. A true and pure embodiment of God's unconditional love. HE IS LIGHT. We celebrate you and the leading example you were in our lives. Your legacy will forever live on as your love will radiate through us. Your mission is accomplished! Please continue to look over us, heal us, protect us, strengthen us in all that we do. Thank you Uncle Jr for being true to yourself.  You did not demand any attention. You were always worried about others and very hospitable, caring and thoughtful.  You always had a quiet but impactful presence.  You showed many of us what caring for someone truly means.  You dedicated your life for others and never expected anything in return.  
Your untimely passing has many of us dwelling on our own lives as it was a reminder that life is precious and that we need to realize what's important in our own lives and truly prioritize it.  
I will miss your smile and your deep, warm, soothing voice. I will always remember the warm greetings you gave me after not seeing you for a while and visiting you in Annapolis and in Las Vegas. May you rest in peace and look over the rest of the family like you have always done.  You will me missed and remembered always.

Dear Uncle Jr,
     I'm going to speak to you directly as I know you are still here blessing us with your holy presence. What you truly represent is what we all strive to be in life kind hearted, patient, humble and loving. Since we've parted I've felt mixed emotions heart broken that I'm not able to see your pure joy when seeing family but in good spirits that you are now able to share that love with Jesus Christ as you rest with the Angels. I know that you will continue to look over and bless us until we meet again.  I love Uncle Jun Jun.

Uncle Junior was always helpful and was the most selfless person I've known.  He warmed our hearts with his smile every time we saw him. I believe Uncle Junior was an angel sent us; and, now, he is an angel watching over us. Please keep smiling from above.

Uncle Junior, you were a great man. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful you were. As stated, you were a man of few words - but your actions spoke volumes. You touched all of our lives with your unconditional love. You were truly one of God's children. I can only try to be as charitable, patient, obedient, and humble as you were. People say that actions speak louder than words and Uncle Junior was a true testament to this saying. His hugs, infectious laughter, and love for his family was evident. He was caring, thoughtful, and selfless. He always put others before himself and always took good care of Nanay. He will always have a place in my heart because he never failed to treat me like family - even before I married Katrina. Uncle Junior, we will always love and miss you. Thank you for always being there for the family and for always taking care of Nanay. You exemplify nothing less than that family member who played a huge role in all our lives.

Uncle Junior was a kind, caring, and loving man. Although a man of few words, his constant and consistent presence in all our lives reminded each of us Julian's how special and loved we were by him. He never failed to show his love and support for us and we are all so blessed to have experienced that in our family! I will always remember him for his joyful smile and laughter, his kind and enthusiastic greetings, and his caring generosity in taking care of nanay and other members of our family. I'm so sorry I couldn't be there as you were laid to rest uncle Junior but I'm grateful I got to see you and hug and kiss you with a smile on your face not too long before you left us! You are in our hearts forever and I know youll continue to remain with us in spirit ❤ Xoxo

Uncle Jun Jun was constantly serving others. I admire his patience and work ethic immensely. He always seemed to be doing the jobs that no one else wanted to do, and without hesitation. He was a quiet presence, and I feel like I was always able to relate to that aspect of him because I do not like to talk much either. "Actions speak louder than words," and his selfless actions definitely spoke for him. I remember how when Miss Universe would come on TV, he would always compare me to Miss Philippines, complimenting my long black hair. Jun Jun was always so happy to see my sisters and I, and this year whenever I would return home from the dorms he had the biggest smile on his face. His love for us never failed to show.
I love you Jun Jun, rest in paradise.

Uncle Jun Jun was the most caring and selfless man I've ever met. Out of my whole life, I've never seen him mad or angry. He was always so happy and smily, and always willing to do what he knew was right. Jun Jun put everyone before himself and made sure we were always okay. Other than my dad, he was the only man who watched my sisters and I grow up everyday.

Thank you so much Jun Jun for everything you've done for our family. Thank you for bringing our family together to be there for you when your heart beat for the last time. You did your job on earth until the end. I love you, rest in paradise.

My Heart is broken that you are no longer physically with us, but I know that you will always be with us in Spirits and will always be watching over us. You have always been our guardian angel, showing love, kindness, support, help, peace & everything that God has brought you into our lives to do. You have set an example for all of us of what we need to be like & what we need to do so that one day We will also be ready to join you in Heaven. Until your very last breath, you still showed how much it means to have peace in the family & bring everyone together surrounding you, praying together, supporting each other, watching you go so peacefully. We thank you & the Lord for that opportunity.even though it hurts so bad to lose you, I/we know & accept that you have done your job here with us & it's time for you to rest. We are so grateful to God that he didn't let you suffer & go through life in pain  or in misery. I thank you so much for everything that you' ve done for me, my family, Nanay, & the rest of the family. You were always there to help - never complaining or getting angry and always showing respect. You've always shown how much you love & care about all of us. You truly are the Man of God & we are so grateful for the blessing of having you in our life. Uncle Jr was a man of very few words, but made such an impact on everyone's life. He was always willing to help his family in anyway he can. Me and my other cousins are blessed that he had a hand in raising us. The most important characteristic that I envied most about him was his patience. I've learned to instill that in my everyday life. I love you Uncle Jr! Thank you for everything! Rest in Paradise!

I remember when you'd cook me ramen soup whenever I wanted it and even let me paint your toenails red with Nanay's nail polish when I was young. You'd always want to help with whatever was being done even as I grew older and insisted on doing things myself. You weren't just an uncle we saw once and a while.... You were always down the hall living with us and greeted me every time I saw you with "Hi Gabrel" lol. In my 20 years of you being part of my life we never really ever had a full conversation or talked about a lot, but even without words you'd show how much you loved us by always putting everyone before yourself and never ever complaining. I'd always find it so crazy when you'd just randomly come to me and give me $20 out of nowhere when I knew dang well that you'd love to use that money to go shopping every Friday lol! But that's just who you are. You showed love to everyone without judgement or anger and you dedicated your life to be by Nanay's side at all times and take care of her.  We love you so much Junjun and I'm happy that you are now free. We are not losing you, you are still here being the angel that you always were



 Uncle Jr was many things. A man of few words who still brought happiness when he did speak. A man who showed unconditional love to his family and friends. A man of laughter,  jokes and playfulness. His wonderful characteristics are endless and is an inspiration for me to become a better man.

This past month, Ive been conflicted with guilt and regret. Guilt for not making more effort to spend time with you and the family. Regret for not being able to say I'm sorry and, to tell you how much you meant to me. I will always cherish the memories of my childhood with you and I'm very thankful for that. I will always keep you in my thoughts and dear my heart. 

"They say a person passes twice. Once when the breath leaves our body and once, when the last person we know says your name."

Stories of you will be shared so you may live on forever. Your name will be always be spoken with great pride and with full hearts. I love you Uncle Jr and we miss you very much!

I've experienced every emotion possible in the past several days while learning several lessons about life, living, and human nature. We all cope with loss in our own ways. Family supports each other and each of us play our roles. Uncle Jr. played his role in EVERY Julian member's life. He had his hand in raising all of us Julian children. His quiet presence always there at every milestone of my life. Sadly, it is in his loss that I realize how much he truly meant to me and the family. 

The company of many doesn't erase the loss of one... 

I love you Uncle Junior. I hope you continue to make your quiet presence felt with all of us.
