Joseph F. Bartley, 76, a retired CPA of Henderson, Nevada passed away Thursday, May 30, 2013 at St. Rose Siena Hospital. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania March 24, 1937 to James and Mary Bartley. Joe married his wife Connie in New York in 1974. They lived in New Jersey for several Years until they relocated to Henderson, Nevada in 2007. Joe loved to play Golf, but his passion was visiting National Parks. Joe was preceded in death by his parents James and Mary Bartley; brother, John Paul (Mildred) Bartley; and sisters Mary Ann Bartley and Kathleen Mediano. He is survived by his wife Connie; daughter, Susan; brothers, Andrew Bartley and David Ronald (AnnMarie) Bartley; and brother-in-law Wilfredo Mediano.
