Maria was born Delicias, Chihuahua to Eufracia Rivera and Pedro Cruz on November 14, 1940. She worked as a housekeeper for Sahara Casino and Hotel for 20 years.
Maria is preceded in death by her parents, siblings, her daughter Elizabeth M. and son Alberto. Maria is survived by children: Ruth, Betty S., Veronica, Becky, Lupe, Francisco and JC; Grandchildren Betty P., Junior, Vivian, Marisol, Yvette, Denise, Adriana, Daniel, Raymond, Maryanna, Joshua, Christian, Chrystal (CJ), Cain, Christopher, Breanna, Jonathon, Alberto Jr., Xavier; Great-grandchildren: Samuel, Jasmine, Mathew, Marco, Julian, Jaime III., Jayden, Bella, Adrian, Ellieanna
Burial February 15, 2024 at 3 pm at Palm Eastern Mortuary & Cemetery 7600 S. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, NV, 89123.
