Mary Frances Evans, age 94, of Las Vegas, formerly of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at her home in Las Vegas.
Ms. Evans retired from the food service industry in Charlotte before moving to Las Vegas almost 20 years ago. She enjoyed playing the piano and singing. A devout Christian, she studied the Bible and taught Sunday School at Red Branch Baptist Church near Charlotte. She was a devoted mother and friend to all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by three brothers: Caldwell, Herman and Benjamin Evans. She is survived by her daughter, Carrie (Jose Herrera) Evans.
Private services are being planned and burial will take place in York Memorial Park in Charlotte, North Carolina.
