Mary Louise Townsend

Mary was the eldest of five children. The family moved north to Philadelphia, PA in 1936 where

she grew up and completed her education. She graduated from Philadelphia High School for Girls, formerly known as Girls High.

Upon entering the workforce, she was a Licensed Practical Nurse and a driver for the Brandywine School District in Wilmington, DE.

Mary was a dedicated mother of five, an awesome seamstress and an outstanding BOWLER!! Her bowling talents brought her to Las Vegas.

After settling in Las Vegas, she met the love of her life, Daniel Townsend and they married in 1978. Mary & Danny both enjoyed bowling and traveling together.

Mary retired from the Nevada Power Company where she made life-long friendships that continue today.

Preceding her in death; Husband, Daniel Townsend, daughter, Brenda Lynch and son, Stephen Neal.

Leaving to cherish her memory, her sons Wayne Brown (wife Paulette), Michael Neal, Robert Neal and daughter-in-law Teresa Neal all in Las Vegas, NV. Grandchildren; Aaron Brown, Wayla Williams, Jamal Brown, Trenton Neal, Cecilia Neal, Zachary Neal, Erika Neal, Sarina Neal. Great Grandchildren; Jaivon Stewart, Saniya Williams, Audrey Brown, Mariah Montano, Isaiah Brown and a host of nieces and nephews.
