Menashe appreciated fine artwork. This was apparent from the scenic underwater ocean image of the great white shark that was his tattoo. I was fortunate enough to become acquainted with Menashe and then commissioned by Menashe to sketch several pieces . This is the last picture Menashe commissioned me to complete. He was adamant and very specific about this drawing. I was completing final touches on the piece. When he last saw it. Alas I was unable to give Menashe the drawing before circumstances prevented me from doing so. Menashe did see the picture in its final stages and was truly pleased with the outcome. I hope that the portrait is all that you imagined…

REST IN HEAVEN FRIEND.

Menashe, I just heard the news. Just because you were a few grades below me didn’t mean we didn’t see eachother often as our sisters were besties at Yavneh. Man the last we spoke was in 96 when you randomly appeared at the rock bar/underground in Jerusalem's kikar Tzion… I’ll never forget your spirit my friend. My condolences to your family. May your next journey in gan eden be the paradise we all are yearn for.  We will meet again my friend. Thank you for blessing each of us with your kind soul.

How  I  remember his Bris and  his beautiful sweet  mother Andra’s trips to the office with Gedaliah & Etana all hand & hand,  with his big smile , like his mom’s., to surprise dad.  
May she hold you close in her arms once again . Rest In Peace with your Loving Mother. Menashe.

I will forever remember his sweetness and smile, always smiling, and somehow he had a way of making you feel that you were the light bringing in out and he could only smile at you that way. He was special, flawed as we all are, but nonetheless a great kindhearted neshama, if you were lucky enough to know him. Smile down now and watch over all of us. Wishing peace to his family and loved ones, my heart hurts for you all.

Our hearts are heavy for your family. We did not know your brother, but knew his bright,-wonderful mother and big hearted kind brother, Gedaliah.  Im sure this young man was of the same nature. You and your loved ones will be in our thoughts. We wish for you peace and love.

You were a strong man with a beautiful family. May you Rest In Peace and now hold your mother once again. Your smile will never be forgotten and you will be missed. See you when I get there Menashe.

I meet Menashe when he was in his early 20s.  He should have been a movie star he was so handsome.  Had a heart as big as his beauty and would do anything for a friend. Such a shame a life cut so short.
