Norbert L. Francis III

He was born on July 11, 1948 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Luke and Micky Francis. He married Debra Francis on February 1, 1997 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Norbert at a very young age began to follow in his father’s footsteps learning the masonry trade. He mastered his trade as well as many other skills in the construction business, both residential and commercial. As a superintendent for Richardson Construction for the last 12 years, Norbert continued to excel at his profession using his vast knowledge and incredible cool to complete his jobs on time and with pride.

Norbert loved God and his family first and foremost. Next would be a good po’boy sandwich, a pound or “two” of See’s Candy, and a Chivas Regal and water on the rocks! He was always happiest at home with good food, and plenty of family and friends around.

Norbert was preceded in death by his oldest grandson, Larry.

He leaves behind his wife, Debra; daughters, Rochelle, Christine, Jennifer and Jamie; his only son, Matthew; five brothers; one sister; seven grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and family and friends whom all loved him very much.
