Richard was born in Detroit, Michigan on February 21, 1955. He moved to Las Vegas as a young child and spent the majority of his years as a Las Vegas resident. Richard worked as a blackjack dealer at the Riviera for over 35 years beside his brother Rudy and father Rodolfo.
Richard loved vacationing with family, including trips to Newport, CA and visiting family in Mexico. He loved making others laugh. Richard was preceded in death by his mother, Rosemarie; father, Rodolfo; and loyal companion, Tinkerbell. Richard is survived by his sisters, Robin and Randy; his brother, Rudolph; nieces, Kayla, Maddie and Anna; nephew, Eric; brother-in-law, Rick; and beloved dog, Luna. He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
