Richard Yale Suckerman

Richard grew up in Red-Wing Minnesota, then proudly served in the United States Army for two years, then received his bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona. After graduating, Richard moved to Denver Colorado where he met Joyce Safer. Joyce and Richard were married on March 13, 1964. Joyce and Richard literally embraced the world, and had three children (born in three different cities). Richard had a successful career in accounting, real estate, and evolved into being a financial broker.

Richard is survived by his wife Joyce Suckerman of Henderson, Nevada; children Michelle (Peter) Jones of Dallas, Texas, Mark (Della) Allen of Chicago, Illinois, and Andrea Jacobson of Henderson, Nevada; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Merton Suckerman.

A graveside for Richard will be held Sunday, December 11, 2022 at 9:00 AM at King David Cemetery, 2697 E Eldorado Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89120.
