He was a projectionist in the US Army for four years. He then worked with the Holiday on Ice show. In 1959 he moved to Las Vegas and started his 30 year career as a stagehand with the Lido Show at the Stardust Hotel. Dick was a proud member of Stagehand Union Local 720. He was a true gentleman that exemplified strength, kindness and integrity. Dick loved adventure, and when he retired he traveled the world with Bernadette. A special thank you to the wonderful team at Nathan Adelson Hospice, especially his nurses Kathie and Gabby. At Dick's request there will not be a service.
