Ronald Hausman Jr.

Ronald Hausman Jr., 61, a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on October 28, 2017 of liver cancer. He was born on December 11, 1955 in Houston, Texas to Ronald Hausman and Anna Lee Hausman. Prior to settling in Las Vegas, Ron lived in Hawaii. Ron loved playing football, which he was very good at; one of his numbers was 00. He graduated from college in Computer Science and worked in accounting. He took flight lessons preparing for solo. He loved scuba diving and taking pictures of the beautiful fish in Hawaii. Ron had a very generous heart and always looked out for his mother, brothers and sisters. He was always concerned about the welfare of his girls. He wanted them to be safe and make good decisions so they would be able to have a good life. Ron loved traveling throughout the United States always learning and studying along the way. Ron was preceded in death by his father Ronald Hausman. He is survived by his mother Anna Lee; two daughters Elizabeth Baker Hausman and Leslie Katherine Baker Hausman; grandsons Dominic, Jacxson and Michael; siblings Linda Louise Hausman Butler, Stephen Hausman, Carey Paul Hausman, Lori Lee Hausman Britton, and Nancy Annette Hausman; cousin Mildred Pels and many other cousins. A viewing will be held at 8:30am with a service at 9:30am on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1725 Palora Ave, Las Vegas, Nevada. A graveside service will be held at 11:00am at Palm Eastern Cemetery, 7600 S. Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123. A luncheon will be held at 12:00pm at the church house.
